The Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains became effective on 1 January 2023 and creates regulations for companies to fulfil human rights and environmental risks and obligations along the supply chain. The regulations apply to the company’s own business activities as well as to the behaviour of contractual partners and other indirect suppliers.
